3. Consequently, Interlocutory Application No. 1618 of 2015 is allowed and delay of 71 days in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is condoned.

Re.: L.P.A. No. 344 of 2015 Learned counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to take recourse to such other remedy as may be available to the appellant after the decision of the Collector.

The Letters Patent Appeal is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
