JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Dileep Ram was caught red handed, while he made attempt to steal a motorcycle. The aforesaid Dileep Ram disclosed that earlier, he along with the petitioner had committed theft of the motorcycle, which had been kept in the house of the petitioner and subsequently, house of the petitioner was raided and one motorcycle, said to be stolen, was recovered. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15-05-2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28768 of 2016 (4) dt.12-08-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S. O.P.) P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani.
