The petitioner seeks bail in Hisua P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POSCO Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have made attempt to commit rape with the minor victim.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is compromised.

It appears that allegation of attempt for committing rape was made against the petitioner and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11263 of 2015 (3) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 244 of 2014 and POSCO Case No. 16 of 2014.
