Petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 06.05.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Basic accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is alleged that the informant was driven out from the matrimonial house after snatching her all belongings. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The petitioner made an attempt to reconcile the issue but due to the laches on the part of the informant the matrimonial harmony

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S.
