JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 23.07.2018, the petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail, however, in the first paragraph of the said order, Sections has wrongly been mentioned as it should have been offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, whereas, it has been mentioned as Sections 417, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
In such view of the matter, let sections mentioned in first paragraph of the order dated 23.07.2018 be read as 304(B),
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37820 of 2018 (4) dt.06-08-2018 2/2 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code instead of Sections 417, 419, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
