Petitioner is not named in the first information report and admittedly, informant claimed himself to be eye-witness of alleged occurrence.

In course of investigation a story emerged out that daughter of this petitioner had illicit relation with deceased and that was the reason of murder of deceased.

It appears that except confessional statement as well as hearsay statements of the witnesses, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
