Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.01.2015 on the accusation that forged documents were recovered from his shop but admittedly, nothing was found to show that the documents in question had been prepared by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
