That this writ petition is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs, order/orders, direction/directions for quashing the memo No.7718 dated 13.08.2019 whereby and whereunder without considering the reply of petitioner as well as without issuing second show cause notice the punishment has been awarded to the petitioner on the basis of nonest charges and for other necessary relief/reliefs on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 13.08.2019 passed by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Patna, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner files appropriate Appeal within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
