2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 448 , 323 , 307, 337, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . The case of prosecution , in brief, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence , when informant went to

No.64094 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 the registry office at Gogri for transfer of name of his deceased Grand father in the property from his father to his brother and himself. In the meantime , all the accused persons including these petitioners came there and abused and assaulted informant and others. It is further alleged that after the alleged incident, when informant and his brother came to their house , all the accused persons armed with lathi , iron rod and other weapons entered the house of informant and assaulted informant and others due to which informant and others sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are relatives of informant and there is admitted land dispute between them due to which these petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case . Specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Bhusan Mistri and so far as these petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. Case and counter case . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let
