Admittedly, petitioners are truck drivers and they do not have any concern with the seized scraps. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and they are languishing in jail custody since 11-12-2014.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Garhara R.P.F.
