The petitioner wants to renew the prayer of bail. This is fourth attempt on behalf of the petitioner, the prayer for bail was earlier rejected vide order dated 28.02.2013, 13.08.2014, 24.11.2015 and 23.11.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.41163 of 2012, Cr. Misc. No. 15604 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No. 35166 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. No. 41965 of 2016 respectively.

The learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer of bail by submitting that it is evident from the report of trial court that the record is fixed for argument and, as such, it is likely to be concluded very soon.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28228 of 2017 (4) dt.23-08-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the seriousness of the offence and finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer of the bail, again prayer of the bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

However, the learned trail Court is directed to expedite the same taking all positive steps and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within two months after taking the same on priority basis form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
