The petitioner is aggrieved by the selection of private-respondent no. 6 on the post of Anganwari Sevika at the concerned Centre on the ground that she ought not to have been selected because she does not fall in the area from where selection had been made.

It has further been submitted that a complaint was made against the aforesaid appointment before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15943 of 2019(3) dt.20-08-2019 2/3 C.D.P.O., Amnour in the district of Saran at Chapra on 29.06.2019 but till date no action has been taken on such complaint.

A perusal of the complaint reflects that the objections have been put forth in a most perfunctory manner.

This Court, under the aforesaid circumstances, deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner, if so advised, to prefer a fresh complaint before the C.D.P.O., Amnour in the district of Saran at Chapra (Respondent No. 5) within a period of two weeks, who, on receipt of the same, shall have the facts verified and pass necessary / reasoned orders in accordance with law within a period of 30 days, which is the time prescribed under the new Guidelines of 2019 for disposing off such complaint.

If the petitioner remains dissatisfied with any order passed by the concerned C.D.P.O., she would have an option of challenging the aforesaid order before the District Programme Officer of the concerned district which is the second Appellate Authority and thereafter, revision could also
