The accusation against the petitioner is that he got job of teacher on the basis of forged training certificate, for which petitioner is in jail custody since 04.04.2016. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S.Case No. 01 of 2015.
