29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 619 of 2014 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2013 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda.

Considering that all witnesses have been examined and the only Investigating Officer is left, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to ensure attendance of the Investigating Officer on the next date fixed. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
