It appears from the pleading of the writ application that the petitioner seeks direction by this Court upon the respondent authority to mutate the name of the petitioner as per judgment and decree dated 19.08.2023 passed in Title Suit No.64 of 1968 but from a bare perusal of the entire pleading of the writ application it appears that the petitioner is seeking mandamus upon the respondents but the petitioner has not approached the respondents before filing of the present writ

3. In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for interference by this Court.
