The petitioner seeks bail in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 14/14 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Yadav. The petitioner was apprehended on 25.11.2014, but nothing has been recovered from his possession, and petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
