Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of para 49 of the case diary, I find that the petitioner was arrested in connection with Barauni (Chakiya) P.S. Case no. 455/2015 and made his confessional statement disclosing his involvement in the present case and on the basis of confessional statement, petitioner was made accused in this case.

Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed but except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
