The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. The prosecution case, as lodged by the informant, is that while he was in his house in the night, the petitioner along with three co-accused Md. Matin, petitioner no.1, Md. Shahid and Md. Alam, petitioner no.2 came and asked the informant to withdraw the case filed against them. The petitioner along with three others threw bomb on the informant which hit the terrace

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is specific allegation is against Md. Alam and Md. Amjad. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that no Explosive Substance Act is attracted against the petitioners. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
