Petitioner is not named in the first information report and only on the basis of confessional statements of the petitioner, coaccused as well as location tower of mobile of the petitioner, he has been made accused in this case.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases of similar nature but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in almost in all cases, he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati in Sherghati P.S.
