JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner and other accused is that they caused miscarriage of the informant due to petty dispute but the impugned order goes to show that when the informant was referred to Sadar Hospital, Begusarai for treatment, she left the hospital without x-ray and ultrasound. Therefore, there was nothing before the Additional Sessions Judge 7th, Begusarai to come to the conclusion as to whether any miscarriage of the informant has been done or not.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29500 of 2016 (2) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S.case No.288 of 2014.
