The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner assaulted one Kaamil, with axe on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation of assault, but there is no injury report on the record to support the allegation. More so occurrence took place on the spur of moment and there was no premeditation. He is in custody since 24.4.2021.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
