2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 323, 324, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant's husband and father-in-law on the head with brick.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. transpires itself that the occurrence had taken place for the construction of a toilet. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted brick upon the head of

Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the husband of the informant has fired at the petitioner and the petitioner suffered the fire arm injury. In this respect, he has also lodged a case against the husband of the informant and other family members. The petitioner is under custody since 12.04.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
