No.51083 of 2014 (4) dt.02-04-2015 Taking into consideration that FIR named accused Chano Mandal has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and except confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against these petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Mansi P.S. Case no. 60/2013.
