Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 287 of the Indian Penal Code and 190 (1) (2) (3), 191, 192 of the M.V. Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that police raided several Engineering Works House which manufactured the vehicle (Jharjhariya), which has been prohibited.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and moreover, he is only a worker there and he is not the owner of the Engineering Works House.

No.46362 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, surrender within a period of six weeks from the receipt of this order and on their so surrendering, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nawada (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 539 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
