ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2019 in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No. 135/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)/26(2) of the Arms Act and Section 30(a), 35/38/37(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II-cum- Special Judge
