2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections-25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegedly, one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the allegation of recovery of one live cartridge, the petitioner is in custody since 02-06-2024. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any other cases of similar nature.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 302 of 2024 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
