JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 Heard Sri Randhir Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned A.P.P. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 12.1.2016 in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that besides this case petitioner is accused in other cases relating to minor offences.

Keeping in view the period of custody, let the petitioner Mahesh Mahto @ Sukhla be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
