JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 376, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is a major and from reading of the F.I. R, it appears that she had been longstanding relationship with the petitioner and thereafter when there was dispute between the informant and the petitioner, this F. I. R was registered. Considering the aforesaid submission, petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhepura in connection with Gamharia P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022.
