ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. case No.274 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 302 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the Petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge provided his case is not bifurcated for the said purpose.
