ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2017 in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No.43 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

On perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that the main allegation is against the then Block Development Officer and whatever transactions were made was at his behest. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
