Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Indian Forest Case No. 63 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 27, 29, 31, 50 W.L.P Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the forest official heard the sound of cutting the tree and arrested some persons but later on, other miscreants came and got the petitioner fled away. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, rather petitioner to surrender and make

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46361 of 2018 (2) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby dismissed.
