2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023 registered under section 8(c),20(B) of NDPS Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 21.56 gm of smack from three persons. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2023. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56536 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned A.D.J.-XII, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 371 of 2023.
