The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.09.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he assaulted with Farsa to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that two lacerated injuries, one on parietal region and other on left index finger have been caused by hard and blunt substance and there is a counter version of the occurrence also. Considering the fact that the injury report
