2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections-74, 77, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and u/S 10/12/15 of POCSO Act and 67 of the I.T. Act.

3. Allegation against the petitioner and co-accused is that they stealthily snapped video while the victim was taking bath and they made those videos viral.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of physical misdeed with the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 07-02-2025.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the fact that he is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 07-02-2025, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI (Special Judge, POCSO), Purnea in connection with Special Case No. 67 of 2025 arising out of Sadar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 with condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the trial of the case and make himself available as and when required by the court.
