The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of robbing the motorcycle of the informant. On the place of occurrence Abid Khan was apprehended with the motorcycle.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation on confession of co-accused. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. A further statement has been made in paragraph no. 8 of the petition that no recovery has

Considering the above facts coaccused Abid Khan has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5130 of 2015.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
Siwan, in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014.
