The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 342, 324, 272, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he fired gun shot upon the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been submitted after delay of more than 15 days of occurrence and there is land dispute between the parties. It has further been submitted that similarly situated co-accused Ram Murat Pandey

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44980 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 has already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1168 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas, in connection with Karagahar P.S.
