2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This petitioner is alleged to have posted some objectionable comment on Facebook about "Paigamber Saheb" and thereby caused hurt to the religious sentiment of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that this petitioner has been made accused in this case only on suspicion and he denies the allegation of posting objectionable comments on Facebook. Petitioner has not used his mobile phone, laptop etc. for posting said comments on Facebook. As a matter of fact, Facebook I.D. of petitioner was hacked by some of his enemy, who due to enmity posted it on Facebook.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 365 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
