The petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 680 of 2013 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but in course of investigation, the informant, Rabindra Singh, identified the accused persons namely Rakesh Mahto, Anuj Choudhary, Vikash Kumar @ Vikash Gope and Shyam Gope and the informant specially identified Shyam Gope as an assailant, who fired causing death of his

Learned counsel further submits that Vikash Kumar @ Vkash Gope has already been granted bail by this Court on 30.01.2014 vide cr. Misc. No. 30475 of 2013. It is also submitted that petitioner, having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 03.03.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the VIth Additional Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with S. Tr. No. 680 of 2013 arising out of Chandi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013.
