2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1)/61(2)/238 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, on 07.01.2025 at 10 AM, the petitioner along with other co-accused took the informant's nephew on their bike but, he did not return and later on, the dead body of informant's nephew was found in Saura river.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best, it is a case of last seen with the deceased. Similarly situated co-accused Rahul Sah has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 15.09.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 44493 of 2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnia / concerned Court in connection with Muffasil P.S.
