The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The daughter of the informant went missing from the school when it was suspected that cook of the school kidnapped her for getting the victim married with her son Chandan.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement in para 9 the victim has suggested that she was sent to the house of one Pandit by Urmila Devi and this petitioner when Pandit first ravished her and

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the thrust of accusation is against Urmila, who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 33367 of 2014. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 256 of 2013.
