2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2016 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on the extra judicial confessional statement. He has not named in the F.I.R. and claims clean antecedent. It is further stated that investigation in the case is now complete and chargesheet has been submitted.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten

No.27343 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 with condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date during trial and in the event of failure on two consecutive dates, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
