The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been authorized to collect money of the Electricity Department but on the petitioner having not deposited the DCR and Money Receipt Book, the case under aforesaid section was filed against him. It is further submitted that subsequently the petitioner has deposited the D.C.R. and Money Receipt Book with the Department and the Assistant Electrical Engineer has already issued No Dues Certificate.
On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Sanjeet Kumar, in the event of arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four

No.37072 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.110 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa, subject to the other conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
