2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 177/ 2025 dated 19.05.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 21.05.2025 and against him, the investigation has been completed, he has been made accused mainly on the basis of disclosure made by the co-accused, Majid Sah @ Nawab regarding the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence as well as on the basis of recovery of Rs. 50,000/- Nepali currency and Rs. 8,000/- of Indian currency allegedly from his possession but the same is not sufficient to drag the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60582 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 petitioner in the alleged offence. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and his past is completely clean.

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel coupled with petitioner's fair and clean antecedent as well as completion of investigation against him and his young age, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 177/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
