Petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016 registered under Sections 414, 272, 273, 284/34 of the I.P.C., section 26(ii) 4(i) Food Safety and Standard Act and sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Binimay Act. The accusation is of recovery of Raunak Pan-Masala in 12 bags each containing 15 kg. and Chewing Towaco in 5 bags each containing 12 kg.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in fact, the Pan-Masala and Gutka were seized near Dhanaha Bridge Chowk, but the petitioner has falsely been

Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.05.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Dhanha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016.
