JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bharat Lal, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 17.05.2017 in Kiul Rail P.S. Case No.101/17 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail. By way of referring to the statement made in paragraph-3 of the petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and he was taken in custody on false accusation of recovery of country made liquor as well as some Indian Make Foreign Liquor. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner, namely, Maru Mandal be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
