JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.Case No. 353 of 2014 (G.R.No.1994/14) for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur.
The allegation has been made that the accused persons have committed theft and took away the ornaments worth Rs. 6-7 lacs. The name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation.
This court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
