2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 325, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, armed with country made pistol and iron rod, assaulted informant due to which he sustained multiple injuries and two of his teeth broke. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched Rs. 1,200/- cash and I.D. card from the informant.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation of assault is general and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62274 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 omnibus and no specific accusation of overt act has been alleged against this petitioner.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he, along with other accused persons, assaulted informant as a result of which he sustained multiple injuries and his two teeth broke. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
