In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 323, 324, 341, 307 and 504 of the I.P.C.

The present case has been lodged on the basis of the complaint petition wherein the allegation against Kanhaiya Chaudhary, father of the petitioner, is that of giving knife blow in the left side of Panjara.

Submission is that against the petitioner there is no allegation of causing any injury and he being the son has been implicated falsely, to which the learned A.P.P. is not in a position to say otherwise.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37448 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner Satendra Chaudhary in case of his arrest or surrender within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Siwan in Barharia P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
