The petitioner is in custody in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S.Case No.110 of 2016 registered under various Sections of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that police allegedly apprehended this petitioner at a segregated place on the top of hill. The other co-accused having similar allegation has been allowed bail but prayer of this petitioner was rejected earlier on 08.03.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.10082 of 2017 considering his involvement in another case with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. Petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2016. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
