2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 247 of 2021 arising out of Complaint Case No. 1883 of 2019 registered on 10.07.2021 lodged under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, complaint case has been lodged in which allegation has been made against the accused persons including the petitioners that he has killed his mother.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2023 having no criminal case pending against him. He submits that the death of the petitioner's mother
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64497 of 2023(3) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 has taken place due to old age. Counsel further submits that there is land dispute going on between the complainant and the petitioner bearing Title Suit No. 1551 of 2018 and only with a view to create pressure the present criminal case has been filed in which F.I.R. has been lodged by virtue of filing complaint under section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C being Lalganj (thana) P.S. Case No. 247 of 2021.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on being satisfied by the trial Court that he is not absconding in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 374 of 2020 and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali, Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 247 of 2021, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
